Tips for overcoming your FEAR!
Fear of the unknown is what causes us to stay in a comfort zone.
We are habitual by nature and can often become complacent with our lot.
This may give a sense of security but in turn it will eventually stifle ones growth.
PLEASE ADD YOUR OWN TIPS FOR ELIMINATING FEAR BELOW
1 – Try something new. Start with something easy like setting your alarm an hour earlier in the morning as an introduction to change.
2 – Use part of that hour to visualise your self being brave and totally in control. Create a feeling of elation.
3 – Do something different each day, weather it is walking to the shop instead of driving? Or missing your favourite soap on TV to read a book. Begin to challenge your patterns and add variety in to your days.
4 – Visit places you have never been to before, even if they are not your usual idea of fun, create experiences from these and be open minded for change. By broadening your horizons you become able to deal with a variety of situations even those that may have eluded you before.
5 – Just do it. If you know that life is not a dress rehearsal then you know that the camera is always rolling. Lights camera action. And you are the action in your life. When you promise you're self to follow through on something, then Do it. No more procrastinating or over thinking things. After all'What's the worst that can happen?'
6 - Never give up. learn to challenge them head on. Our minds have a way of creating images, that we distort in to full story boards and outcomes that do not really exist.
7 – Stay positive when facing fears. Put your faith in to a higher source of all that is love and light. And feel safe in the knowledge that at all times you are protected. Don't stress about how things will be alright. Just know that they already are.
