I AM AFRO

by Carla Spice
(London Town)

I am afro, I am queen. A natural beauty with glow from the islands, tight curls take over my hair

Why spoil this allure, my grace couldn't be more, this is why I keep your stare.

For I am afro and I am queen. My confidence, grace air and ability uncontrollably appealing to those whom open their eyes.

Why therefore are thick bodies and lips and tight natural hair coming to near demise

Blessings from above made me this way for a reason, so why change the way that I look? because I am afro and I am queen.

A natural empress, from fore-mothers
my strength I took!
